Dan brings over 16 years of experience dealing with complex financial plans for individuals and businesses to the team at Baron Financial Group, LLC. Dan is Series 7, 63 and 24 licensed for securities as well as being licensed to sell life and health insurance-related products.
One of the main philosophies that Baron Financial Group, LLC was built upon was helping others and Dan feels very strongly about making an effort to facilitate positive change in the community. He is an avid supporter of several local and national organizations and is a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks.
Dan, a lifetime resident of Springfield, loves spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and his daughters, Jillian and Ava. He is a musician at heart and enjoys getting to disappear into his “band room” at home in his free time. He also continues to try to play basketball and golf.
Justin R. Quint
Justin brings over 16 years of customer service experience to Baron Financial Group, LLC by way of western Kansas. He and his wife, Ashley, moved to Springfield in 2014 with their daughter Mya and are expecting their second child in November. He has a degree in Marketing and Finance from Washburn University. Since coming to Springfield Justin has been an active member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Chairman’s Club. He feels that making lasting relationships in the community is the secret to a successful business and that trusting your agent is just as important as the policy you eventually select.
He enjoys being outdoors, playing golf, and attending sporting events with his friends and family.
Caleb brings nearly 20 years of customer service experience to Baron Financial Group, LLC. He was born in St. Louis but moved to Springfield as a child and considers himself more of a Springfield native rather than one of St. Louis. Caleb’s wife is also a lifetime Springfield resident and together they have two children. Caleb studied Business Communication in college and has continued to apply his love for all facets of communication throughout his working career. Not only has he built and lead teams for a good number of large companies here in Springfield, but he has been and still is an active member of the local music community. Caleb feels that blending both a classic approach and new methods to business is the best way to build and retain relationships with his clients. If given the option to meet and shake hands or converse through e-mail, Caleb will always choose meeting someone face to face. He feels that portion of the business world is becoming overlooked and maintains incredibly informative and close contact with his clients, always keeping them “in the loop.”
