Dan brings over 14 years of experience dealing with complex financial plans for individuals and businesses to the team at Baron Financial Group, LLC. Dan is Series 7, 63 and 24 licensed for securities as well as being licensed to sell life and health insurance-related products.
One of the main philosophies that Baron Financial Group, LLC was built upon was helping others and Dan feels very strongly about making an effort to facilitate positive change in the community. He is an avid supporter of several local and national organizations and is a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks.
Dan, a lifetime resident of Springfield, loves spending time with his seven year-old daughter, Jillian. He is a musician at heart and enjoys getting to disappear into his “band room” at home in his free time. He also continues to try to play basketball and golf.
Robert brings over 18 years of personal investing experience through volatile and steady markets to Baron Financial Group, LLC. He is a professionally licensed Series 7, 63, life and health insurance agent. What sets Robert apart is his true passion for his clients. Robert’s belief is to maintain constant contact with his clients and truly believes that when a client places their investments and trust with him, it is a relationship built on personal attention and service.
The company philosophy of dedication to community is something that resonates with Robert. He is very active in the community in countless organizations including being past Sergeant of Arms of the Downtown Rotary, currently on the board at Rotary, currently Captain of the Chairman’s Club for the Springfield Chamber, on the Heartball committee, on the board of GYNCA and a past 40 under 40 recipient.
Born in Missouri, Rob got his taste of big city life in Texas and Florida but decided there was nothing like living in southwest Missouri. When Robert is not at the office, he can usually be found on the softball field, basketball court or most likely running or participating in some kind of non-profit event.
Craig R. Henley
Craig and his wife, Kimberly moved to Springfield in 2008. They have 3 boys, Braden, Dawson and Dylan and are active members of Immaculate Conception Parish. Craig considers himself a father and husband above all else. He enjoys spending time with his family and is often coaching or assisting in their various sporting activities. Born and raised in Jefferson City, Craig is an avid Missouri Tiger and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1994 with a BSBA in Marketing. Since arriving in Springfield, Craig has become a member of Springfield Metro Rotary, serves on the Chairman’s Club for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce and participates in several local networking groups.
Craig believes that providing excellent customer service by building strong relationships is a cornerstone to a successful business. He previously worked with Northwestern Mutual where he specialized in Life and Disability Insurance related products, as well as Long-Term Care. He prides himself on working with the best interests of his clients in mind at all times. For those that know Craig, he always has a smile on his face because he knows that a positive attitude prevails above all else.
Richard A. James
Richard James has lived in Southwest Missouri his whole life, growing up in Neosho and then making the move to Springfield in 1996. Richard attended Missouri State University where he studied Business/Finance. He started his professional career in the auto industry where he spent 13 years as a Salesperson, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager. He also spent 4 years in retail sales at Best Buy as a Customer Solutions Manager and General Manager.
Richard is an Eagle Scout and has a passion to help young people develop into leaders. He serves as an adult leader for Cub Scout Pack 205 in Nixa and has served on the Boy Scouts of America Executive Board since 2008. He is also an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears fan.
Richard also has a passion for his family. He has been married to his wife, Chrystal, since 1996 has two children, Kylee and Kaleb. When he’s not in the office, Richard can be found supporting Kylee with her competitive dancing and Kaleb on the soccer field.
